Mariela Fuenmayor, MD

Our practice has been serving the Austin community since 2008. We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy for a variety of psychiatric conditions in patients 15 years of age and older.

Our philosophy is to provide exceptional, dependable, personalized and compassionate patient care.

Mariela Fuenmayor, MD is trained and experienced in psychiatry and psychotherapy. 

We work with our patients and their families in a multidisciplinary approach, along with psychotherapists, primary care physicians, and other health care providers involved in the patient's care. This approach benefits the patients, by focusing attention on their individual needs, taking into consideration the mind and body as a whole. We provide our patients with psychoeducation about their conditions, as well as strategies to help them cope.
